These terms govern your use of Tsuzuku — the app and website (tsuzuku.app) operated by Kotaro Okuda (the "Operator") that turns your diary into manga (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service works with an anonymous user ID. You may link an Apple or Google account for data transfer. Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred or lent to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your linked account secure.
The diary you record (text, photos, voice, video) and the manga generated from it belong to you. The Operator may use them only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service — including generating your manga, displaying published pages, creating thumbnails and share images, and improving quality. The Operator never sells or shares your content with third parties for advertising purposes.
Manga are generated using external AI providers' APIs. The content, quality, and accuracy of generated manga are not guaranteed; they may depict things differently from your diary or contain unintended expressions. If generation fails (for example, a page comes out blank), the credits used for that generation are refunded in full.
When you set an issue to "link-only" or "public", people with the link — or everyone — can read it. You can withdraw publication at any time. You are responsible for the content you publish.
Published manga carry a report channel. The Operator may unpublish or delete content that violates, or appears to violate, these terms without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension.
The Operator may temporarily interrupt all or part of the Service for maintenance or other reasons. If the Service is discontinued, the Operator will give reasonable advance notice and will refund unused purchased credits or take other reasonable measures.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. Where the Operator is liable, its liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply where they are invalid under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.
These terms may be revised within the bounds of applicable law. Significant changes will be announced on the Service in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
