Delete your Tsuzuku account and data

Tsuzuku (operated by Kotaro Okuda) lets you delete your account and all data associated with you at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open the app and open the manga order form.
2. Tap your credit balance (“Add credits”) to open the credits screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account & data”.
4. Confirm, and your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t use the app, contact support@tsuzuku.app and we will delete your account after verifying your identity.

Delete only some data

You can also delete individual diary entries and issues without deleting your account — open the entry or manga in the app and delete it.

What is deleted

All data associated with you: diary text, photos, voice and video, generated manga (issues), published pages, your profile (handle), and account identifiers.

What is retained, and for how long

Your account and content are deleted immediately once you request it. Copies kept in disaster-recovery backups are purged within 30 days. Records we are required to keep by law or by App Store / Google Play rules (such as purchase records) may be retained only to the minimum extent and duration required.
